A never-ending source of paradoxes

Hi. I love too much. I swear too often. I talk a lot. I read everything I can get my hands on. I watch too much TV. I'm excited all the time. I get sad over the smallest things. I think elephants are the best things ever. Europe may be my favourite place on Earth. My best ideas come to me while I'm surrounded by water - be that in the shower or doing laps in a pool. I really like music, and sometimes I think notes speak more clearly than words do. I drink too much - water, tea, you name it. Emma Watson's an angel, in my book. My favourite adjective is 'luminous'. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

By the way, my name? Joan. It's pronounced Jo-an, though, like "Joanne", because obviously my parents didn't know how to spell. That's not really the reason why it's spelled that way, but that's the joke my flag-football coach once cracked about it, and it just kind of stuck.

Gosh, your response was perf. I, too, liked generation one best, but two is close behind. As for three, I think they are terrible. I watched Season 5 but don't plan on watching Season 6. And in Season 7, there's only going to be 2 episodes per generation! And then Skins is done! I don't know what to do with myself.

I have pretty impeccable taste. ;)

Ahh, I know! The next Series will be totally bittersweet because I get to see the old cast I love so much come back and I get to see what happened to them and all, but ah, Skins is over after! I’m half okay with it because generation three just really sucks, but wah Skins, don’t be over.

British television is my favourite, dude. :)

Ouuuuu yay for rad anon! :) Man, I hope this is the same anon I love talking to.

Hm…I don’t think any other generation beat first generation for me, but I have huge (I mean, HUGE) attachments to generation two. And as for third generation, I didn’t like them at all. I’m seriously psyched for the next series though because they’re bringing back all the favourites from past gens. It’s kind of like a Skins: All Stars, lol.

I have the nastiest tan line! It’s so dark that I thought it was a shadow on my skin at first. The worst part about it is that there’s not even a gradual fade into the darker colour. I look like I got coloured in with a marker going in a straight line. Ack. Ew ew ew, it is so unattractive. Only downfall of flag-football, tbqh.
