A never-ending source of paradoxes

Hi. I love too much. I swear too often. I talk a lot. I read everything I can get my hands on. I watch too much TV. I'm excited all the time. I get sad over the smallest things. I think elephants are the best things ever. Europe may be my favourite place on Earth. My best ideas come to me while I'm surrounded by water - be that in the shower or doing laps in a pool. I really like music, and sometimes I think notes speak more clearly than words do. I drink too much - water, tea, you name it. Emma Watson's an angel, in my book. My favourite adjective is 'luminous'. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

By the way, my name? Joan. It's pronounced Jo-an, though, like "Joanne", because obviously my parents didn't know how to spell. That's not really the reason why it's spelled that way, but that's the joke my flag-football coach once cracked about it, and it just kind of stuck.
